    Köprülü Canyon

    Köprülü Canyon starts in the Sütçüler district of the city of Isparta and pours into the Mediterranean Sea in Antalya. The canyon is a 1.5-hour drive from the city center of Antalya.

    The Köprülü Canyon was declared a national park in 1973. The Köprüçay River passes through the canyon, which in one-kilometer-long with walls that stretch up to 100 meters high.

    Outdoor activities here include rafting, trekking in nature, and mountaineering. The park is rich in flora and fauna and is noted for its wild beauty. A picnic is the perfect way to enjoy the landscape fully.

    There are camping sites, bungalows, and tree houses in the park for those who would like to extend their stay.

    Tazı Canyon

    Tazı Canyon is located in the Köprülü Canyon National Park, which is situated between the districts of Serik and Manavgat in Antalya Province.

    There are mountainous areas and steep rocks which can reach up to 400 meters surrounding the canyon. The presence of black pine tree forests adds to the beauty of the landscape.

    You can rock climb and camp at Tazı Canyon. On nature walks, you can come across wild goats, rabbits, rock pigeons, and eagles.

    A great itinerary is to start off by rafting along the 14-kilometer course, visit the ancient city of Selge, and set up your tent by the Tazı Canyon!

    Lamas Canyon

    Lamas Canyon is located in a completely natural area, 45 kilometers from the city center of Mersin. The canyon is also known as "Kayacı Valley."

    It's a canyon with steep walls on both sides. In some areas, the height of the vertical walls reaches 200 meters. Lamas Stream flows through the canyon, which is rich in vegetation, and creates small waterfalls. On the left wall of the canyon, you can see carved canals that once carried water to the ancient city of Corycus (or Korykos).

    During summer, you can swim here. Other activities include rafting, angling, rock climbing, trekking, hiking, and camping. 

    Göksu Canyon

    Göksu Canyon is located in the Central Taurus Mountains, on the border of the city of Mersin.

    The canyon is famous for its peacefulness. In certain areas, the walls reach up to 100 meters in height. The calm flow of the water makes this the perfect destination for those who would like to try water sports such as rafting and canoeing for the first time.

    Göynük Canyon

    Göynük Canyon is one of Antalya’s most beautiful natural wonders with huge trees, waterfalls, and pools. It is located 13 kilometers from the popular holiday town of Kemer.

    The canyon is 4.5 km long and is ideal for hiking and canyoneering. An important part of the Lycian Way, the long-distance trail in southwestern Türkiye, passes through the canyon.

    Camping is allowed in the canyon, and there are natural pools and lagoons. At the end of the trail, you can swim in ice-cold water or climb the rocks to see the waterfalls.

    Sapadere Canyon

    Sapadere Canyon is located in the district of Alanya in Antalya Province. It is in the northeast of the region, 44 km from Alanya and 179 km from Antalya.

    Sapadere was more or less a hidden treasure known only to the locals for many years. Then, Alanya district governors and local investors chose to put the canyon on the map in the name of ecotourism.

    Sapadere Canyon is 360 meters long and nearly 400 meters tall, and is located 3 km from the village of Sapadere. The canyon was formed by erosion from water, ice, and wind over the course of thousands of years.

    Wooden walkways make for easy access for all visitors. The walking platform, constructed from wood and steel, is environmentally friendly and can be removed when necessary.

    You will be amazed by the rapidly gushing water over the rock steps, the numerous waterfalls, the rare plants, and the variety of animal species you will encounter while walking through this natural habitat.

    The clean, fresh air and the cascading turquoise waters are therapeutic and rejuvenating.

    Yeşil Canyon

    Yeşil Canyon (also known in English as “Green Canyon”) is located past the Oymapınar Dam Lake in the Taurus Mountains in the Manavgat district of Antalya.

    You can take a full-day boat tour that starts at the lake, which is one of the few dam lakes in the world and the only one in Türkiye where boat tours are allowed. The quiet and relaxing cruise, which covers a distance of 17 km, takes you on the emerald lake and though the canyon - a unique experience in the heart of nature!

    On the cruise, you’ll have a chance to admire the lush green landscapes of the Taurus Mountains and there are even breaks for swimming along the way!
